4 Dec 2007, #1: "Prince Edward Island" - 0m28s

This is the first take from my first improv session. It is mostly to get to know the piano, and to calibrate the recorder and my fingers. Short and sweet.

This could totally be the theme song to a sitcom. This and New Brunswick are my favorites.

Prescript: I am posting this after having read the introduction and listened to the first two posts.

I tried to read your blog last night but your page froze my file. Contrary to what you might expect from me, I will not be deterred. I'll figure out the problem, and in the meantime my computer at work will serve me phenomenally. Which is where I am now...

and then I listened to the first post and my breath caught in my throat. I never forget that you are musically talented, but sometimes I forget the scope of that talent. I am so excited for this opportunity to be reminded of it on a regular basis. This piece made me feel a strong surge of pride that you are among my best friends.
